Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end accounts payable operations across Vendor Master Data, Purchase Requisitions and Orders, Invoice Processing, Disbursements and Vendor Services
• Fostering employee engagement, collaboration and accountability across a multi-location team
• Implementing process and operational changes that improve productivity, efficiency and service levels
• Overseeing corporate card and travel and expense programs
• Partnering closely with Supply Chain, Purchasing, IT, Accounting and other operational teams
• Driving automation and process improvements that enhance working capital, operational efficiency and the stakeholder experience
• Supporting the integration of newly acquired companies into established processes and systems

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Accounts payable leadership experience within a mid-sized to larger organization
• Direct people-management experience with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop and engage employees
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, vendor master data, invoice processing and travel and expense operations
