Artheon in East Brunswick, NJ seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the day-to-day AP operations and serve as the primary contact for AP activities in the East Brunswick office.

Reporting to the Controller, you will manage a high volume of invoices, ensure accurate financial records, and maintain strong internal controls while collaborating with project managers and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience overseeing full AP cycle from receipt to payment.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, review, coding, approval routing, processing and payment.
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Review invoices for proper coding, supporting docs, approval, and compliance with company policies.
• Serve as primary AP contact in East Brunswick office for vendors, employees and stakeholders.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, resolve discrepancies and follow up on missing approvals and documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and coordinate payment runs (checks, ACH, other methods).
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation for audits and controls.
• Assist with month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP workflows and processing efficiency.
• Collaborate with Controller and finance team on reporting and process improvements.
