Kahana Feld is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the firm’s AP operations, including vendor invoice processing, payment administration, reconciliations, and internal controls. Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts payable or accounting with supervisory experience.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AP controls, GL coding, and expense management.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle: receipt, review, approval, payment, reconciliation, and record retention.
• Review invoices for documentation, approvals, coding, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate payment runs and vendor inquiries with proper approvals and segregation of duties.
• Maintain vendor records and oversee tax documentation and payment instruction changes.
• Reconcile AP records and support close, accruals, audits, and 1099 prep.
• Lead and develop AP staff; manage workload and performance.
• Collaborate with Billing and Procurement on client expenses and reimbursements.
• Improve processes, reporting, and controls; lead cross-functional projects.
