Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and manage competing priorities.
• refinery, manufacturing, petrochemical, or other industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in SAP in accordance with procedures and payment terms.
• Review, research, and resolve parked, blocked, outstanding, or exception-based invoices.
• Partner with Supply Chain, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Respond to inquiries with clear communication and urgency.
• Execute activities per Control Framework and documented requirements.
• Review processes and implement practical improvements.
• Support Finance projects, testing, data review, and cross-functional activities.
• Adjust priorities in response to changing business demands.
• Perform additional duties to support Finance and business priorities.
