NES Fircroft in Deer Park, TX seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor payments, and AP operations with accuracy and timeliness. The role collaborates with procurement, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve discrepancies, enforce controls, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have SAP expertise, advanced Excel, and a strong eye for detail, with 5+ years of AP experience (10+ preferred) in manufacturing

Formación

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience; 10+ years preferred.
• SAP experience required for invoice processing and accounts payable functions.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently per policies.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and payment exceptions.
• Collaborate with procurement, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries with excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and drive CI.
• Assist with system implementations and finance-related projects.
• Prioritize workload and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Support additional finance and operational activities as needed.
