This position supports cross-functional teams and ensures accurate financial data entry and compliance with internal controls. Responsibilities include GL coding with PO matching, vendor payments by check/ACH, group inbox monitoring, credit card postings, and mentoring junior staff, while upholding high

Qualifications

• Due to ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).
• Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED
• An associate degree or two-year technical certificate is preferred
• 3+ years related experience
• ERP system experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures preferred
• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Strong Internal & External customer service
• Work independently and on a team
• Excellent organizational skills, data entry efficiency, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word
• Works well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Invoice Entry (GL Coding & PO Matching): Resolves coding/matching discrepancies; assists in month-end AP processing.
• Collaboration with Purchasing/Receiving: Anticipates and resolves complex cross-functional issues.
• Vendor Payments / Check/ACH / Prepayments: Manages weekly vendor payment process. Assists in resolving issues.
• Group Email Monitoring & Clerical Support: Monitors group inbox and flags issues, manages document workflow; resolves minor issues; coordinates admin tasks.
• Credit Card Reporting & Payments: Manages monthly credit card tracking and payment postings.
• Training & Mentorship: Trains Level I & II staff, monitors progression, and shares best practices.
• Backup Support: Backs up full AP functions as needed.
