The role supports inventory purchases, procurement services, and capital expenditures, requiring attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

You will work with Purchasing, Receiving, Operations, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and vendor reconciliations.
• Experience with PO and three-way match environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate with vendors and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years AP experience in manufacturing/inventory context.

Responsabilidades

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, receipts, and invoices.
• Verify pricing, quantities, freight, and taxes for accuracy.
• Maintain general ledger coding and ERP documentation.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, and Finance to resolve issues and improve processes.
