Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 7+ years of experience, including 2+ years in supervision.
• Advanced Excel and accounting software skills, with experience in WIOA or government contracting preferred.
• Strong communication, integrity, and ability to translate financial data for non-financial staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff; manage workload distribution to meet deadlines.
• Perform first-level review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for GAAP compliance.
• Lead month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and audit deliverables.
