Job summary

DBG Arkansas, LLC is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead financial reporting and accounting operations at our Conway facility. You will oversee AR/AP, GL, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, ensuring accurate, timely statements and strong internal controls.

The role requires collaboration with management and external auditors to drive financial performance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, a degree in accounting/finance, and proficiency with SAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related accounting experience.
• College or university degree in accounting/finance or similar field.
• High computer literacy with the ability to manipulate data across systems including SAP.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in line with GAAP.
• Direct accounts payable/receivable, capital expenditure tracking, and general ledger maintenance.
• Coordinate budgeting/forecasting at local level and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with tax requirements and internal controls; supervise accounting staff.
• Manage daily banking activities, cash flow, and transfer pricing support.
• Provide timely financial reports and support audits as needed.
