Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the month-end close, GL accounting, and financial reporting under GAAP. You will report to the Controller and collaborate with operations and external vendors.

Responsibilities include budgeting, fixed assets, audits, tax filings, and cost accounting, with occasional travel (<25%). Strong ERP experience (Costpoint) and revenue recognition knowledge are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 8–15 years general ledger accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP required.
• Experience with Government and Commercial Contracts recommended.
• Experience with a major ERP Financial Management system required, Costpoint preferred.
• Revenue recognition knowledge required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and GL analysis.
• Manage indirect cost reports and submissions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for senior operations personnel.
• Oversee and prepare month-end customer invoices.
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Fixed Asset accounting.
• Assist with year-end financial audit.
• Assist with development of the annual budget.
• Manage state filing and registration process.
• Sales and property tax return preparation.
• Perform special projects as assigned by Controller.
• Occasional travel (<25%).
