Job summary

Axon is seeking an Accounting Operations Senior Analyst to ensure accurate monthly close, GL consolidation, and intercompany eliminations. You will collaborate across Controllership, FP&A, and IT to strengthen reporting and drive efficient close processes.

The role emphasizes technical accounting, analytics, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with U.S. hub presence, onsite Tue–Fri, remote Mon. CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience with GL consolidation.
• Strong analytical skills for flux and variance analysis.
• Experience with consolidation platforms (OneStream, HFM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including GL consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Perform analytical reviews of operating expenses, identify trends and variances.
• Prepare flux analysis over P&L and Balance Sheet and explain drivers.
• Support rollout and adoption of OneStream consolidation tool.
• Record journal entries related to consolidations and eliminations.
• Assist in strengthening internal controls and SOX procedures.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and reconciliations.
