Job summary

Axon is seeking an Accounting Operations Senior Analyst to ensure accurate monthly close, GL consolidation, and intercompany eliminations. You will support close activities across Controllership, FP&A, and IT, and help rollout OneStream.

The role requires 3–6+ years in accounting, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred), advanced Excel, and experience with consolidation tools like OneStream or HFM. Hybrid work in US hubs (Boston area).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience, GL consolidation experience preferred.
• Highly analytical with flux and variance analysis over P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Experience with consolidation tools; OneStream, HFM, or similar platforms a plus.
• Strong intercompany accounting and elimination processes knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close activities including GL consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Analyze operating expenses to identify trends, variances, and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare flux analysis over P&L and Balance Sheet with key drivers.
• Support rollout and adoption of OneStream including testing and validation.
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, and Controllership to ensure accurate consolidated results.
• Record journal entries for consolidations and eliminations; strengthen SOX controls.
