Job summary

Axon is hiring an Accounting Operations Senior Analyst in a hybrid role based in one of the U.S. hubs (Seattle, Boston, NY, Scottsdale).

You will support the monthly close, consolidation, and intercompany eliminations while partnering with FP&A and IT to drive process improvements and robust controls. You will assist in the rollout of OneStream, perform variance analyses on the P&L and balance sheet, and contribute to SOX controls and internal controls documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience, with GL consolidation experience strongly preferred.
• Highly analytical with flux and variance analysis over P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Experience with consolidation and ERP tools; OneStream/HFM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including GL consolidation and intercompany eliminations across multiple entities.
• Perform in-depth analyses of operating expenses to identify trends and improve accuracy.
• Prepare flux analysis over the P&L and Balance Sheet with explanations for variances.
• Assist in rollout and adoption of OneStream, including data validation and process design.
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, and Controllership to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
