Job summary

Axon is seeking an Accounting Operations Sr. Analyst to drive accurate monthly close, GL consolidation, and intercompany eliminations across entities. Help implement OneStream and strengthen internal controls while collaborating with FP&A and IT in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid role based in US hubs (Boston, NY, Seattle, Scottsdale) with in-office Tue-Fri and remote Mon. Strong analytical skills, CPA preferred, and experience with consolidation tools are essential to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred
• 3–6+ years accounting experience with GL consolidation
• Strong analytical skills with flux/variance analysis
• Experience with consolidation and ERP tools; OneStream/HFM a plus
• Experience in SaaS/tech or multi-national env.
• Cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, IT, Controllership

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close activities including GL consolidation and intercompany eliminations
• Perform flux and variance analysis over P&L and Balance Sheet
• Prepare rate analysis and journal entries for consolidations
• Support rollout/adoption of OneStream and data validation
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, and business partners to ensure accurate results
• Assist in strengthening internal controls and SOX documentation
• Identify process improvements and automation to improve close efficiency
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and reconciliations
• Contribute to special projects and finance transformation initiatives
