Job summary

Axon is seeking an Accounting Operations Sr. Analyst to ensure accurate monthly close, GL consolidation, and intercompany eliminations while supporting internal controls and analytics. The role collaborates with Controllership, FP&A, and IT in a fast-paced tech environment.

The position is hybrid with US hubs (Boston, NY, Seattle, Scottsdale); on-site Tue–Fri and remote Mon, with accommodations possible. CPA or progress toward CPA and 3–6+ years in accounting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• CPA designation or active pursuit is preferred.
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience with GL consolidation preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform flux and variance analysis.
• Experience with OneStream, HFM, or similar consolidation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close activities including GL consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Perform analytical reviews of operating expenses and variance analysis.
• Assist with journaling related to consolidations and close processes.
• Support SOX controls and strengthen internal controls during close.
