ImmunityBio, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting for all contractual arrangements across the organization’s products and services.

The role requires leadership of month-end close, SOX compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 6+ years of accounting experience, and a strong track record with GL reconciliations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required.
• 6+ years of professional experience in accounting roles required.
• Deep experience with GL journal entries and reconciliations required.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in a life sciences company preferred.
• Experience leading a small team preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations and reports across multiple areas (cash, prepaids, accruals, leases).
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement variances and provide justifications.
• Lead month-end close processes in line with US GAAP and company policies.
• Ensure SOX compliance across accounting functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial results.
• Support internal controls to safeguard assets and assist audits.
