Archer seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to join the Corporate Accounting team in San Jose, CA. You will own end-to-end accounting for leases, intercompany, prepaids, accruals, cash, and payroll, while ensuring US GAAP compliance and robust internal controls.

You will lead the monthly/quarterly close, partner with FP&A, supply chain, and SEC reporting, and mentor junior staff. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience across public and corporate accounting.
• Experience with large ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with large data sets.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and accounting policy research.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end accounting for Leases (ASC 842), Intercompany, Prepaid Expenses, Accruals, Cash, and Payroll.
• Serve as SME for assigned accounting areas, applying US GAAP and company policies.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with clear variance explanations.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and eliminations with global stakeholders.
• Improve controls, automate workflows, and drive scalable accounting solutions.
• Ensure strong SOX compliance and support external auditors.
