Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required.
• CPA (Active) is required for the role.
• 10+ years in technical accounting and SEC reporting roles, preferably in publicly traded companies.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and ability to mentor a team.
• Proactive work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and SEC filing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports (10-Qs, 10-Ks) and related press releases.
• Lead coordination of external financial reporting and earnings releases.
• Prepare/review technical accounting memos and analyses.
• Manage stock-based compensation, warrants, EPS, and equity roll-forward.
• Own selected SOX controls and support investor relations materials.
• Provide technical accounting training to finance and accounting teams.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team in a hyper-growth public company.
