Archer in San Jose, CA seeks a Manager-level professional to lead SEC reporting and technical accounting efforts. The role reports to the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting and requires active CPA status, deep U.S.

GAAP knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Legal teams. The position focuses on preparing Form 10-Q/10-K/8-K filings, EPS and cash flow statements, and asesorating complex accounting areas including ASC 842, ASC 718, and iXBRL tagging.

Formación

• Requires degree in accounting or finance and active CPA license.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal control frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to research and resolve complex technical accounting issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong project management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive preparation and timely completion of SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Prepare EPS and cash flow statements; review iXBRL tagging requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and external auditors.
• Research technical accounting topics and prepare memoranda for complex transactions.
• Develop accounting policies and support SOX 404 controls.
• Support monthly accounting processes and journal entries.
