KOHO is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join our remote team based in Canada. You will report to the Director, Financial Accounting & Reporting and ensure books are accurate while producing financial reporting relied on by leadership, investors, and regulators.

As KOHO advances toward becoming a Schedule 1 bank, you’ll help build a strong financial foundation. This hands-on role has no direct reports.

Formación

• CPA or equivalent accounting designation.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, often in senior roles.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and application.
• Able to explain numbers to non-accountants.
• Comfortable with change in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the go-to expert for complex accounting areas and tax.
• Own expected credit loss accounting for loans.
• Set up accounting for new products in systems from day one.
• Automate data flows between systems to reduce manual work.
• Strengthen processes and controls for KOHO Bank.
