Opensity Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This full-time, remote role is based in Ontario, Canada, with eligibility for visa sponsorship not provided.

You will lead month-end close, prepare journal entries, and perform reconciliations, while supporting budgeting and reforecasting efforts across departments. Strong communication and collaboration with FP&A, operations, and other units are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with budgeting and reforecasting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and assist with the month-end close process.
• Prepare and record journal entries in accordance with US GAAP.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support annual budgeting and consolidate submissions across departments.
• Assist with reforecasting and variance analysis for management.
