Job summary

Radiant, an El Segundo, CA-based startup, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support month-end close and reporting. The role oversees general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, accruals, payroll accounting, and financial reporting, with opportunities to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including fixed assets and bank reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
