Job summary

Radiant, headquartered in El Segundo, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support month-end close and reporting. You will oversee fixed assets, inventory, payroll, and internal controls while mentoring staff and collaborating cross-functionally.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience, a CPA is preferred, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience with supervisory background.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including fixed assets and reconciliations.
• Lead month-end and year-end close and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules; maintain internal controls.
