Job summary

Radiant, an El Segundo, CA-based startup, seeks an ERP Solutions Engineer for Finance to design, configure, and support the company’s ERP finance modules. You will translate business requirements into scalable designs and collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Procurement to ensure accurate financial close and compliant reporting.

Responsibilities include integration design, data migration support, and month-end/quarter-end activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years supporting ERP finance modules (Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite).
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles and financial close processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, flat-file interfaces, middleware.
• Familiarity with SDLC, testing methodologies, and change management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from Finance stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical designs.
• Configure and maintain ERP finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash management, etc.).
• Maintain chart of accounts, ledgers, currencies, tax settings, approval workflows, and period-close configurations.
• Design and support integrations between ERP and banking, payroll, CRM, billing, and data warehouse systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and custom extensions using native tools and SQL.
• Support data migration, conversion, and reconciliation during implementations and upgrades.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and assist with month/quarter/year-end close and testing.
