Radiant Systems Inc. in Dallas, TX, seeks a Manager - Corporate Reporting to oversee internal and external reporting and the global monthly, quarterly, and annual close.

The role leads a team of analysts, provides guidance on accounting matters, coordinates with SAP, HFM Consolidation, and Workiva, and partners with Investor Relations, SEC Reporting, and Audit to ensure accurate, timely financial statements and robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in multinational companies or Big 4 preferred.
• Experience leading a team and communicating with all levels of the Corporation.
• Knowledge of financial statements, technical accounting and SEC requirements.
• Experience with consolidation systems (HFM) and SAP/Workiva is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Maintain knowledge of SAP general ledger and HFM Consolidation system.
• Lead a team of analysts including hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Provide guidance on accounting matters and corporate financial instructions for global units.
• Initiate and participate in special projects to improve efficiency and internal controls.
• Maintain process documentation and policies for internal controls.
