Job summary

Radiant is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations in our El Segundo, CA headquarters. You will manage fixed assets, inventory, month-end close, and financial reporting while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with FP&A, procurement, operations and HR on cross-functional initiatives, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics or ION.
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including fixed assets and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations and schedules.
• Maintain accounting policies and internal controls to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage fixed assets accounting: capitalization, depreciation, disposals.
• Oversee inventory accounting, COGS recognition and valuation.
• Support audits with schedules and documentation.
• Assist in implementing new systems, tools, or processes.
• Collaborate with FP&A, procurement, operations and HR on cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior accounting staff.
