Job summary

Skilled Wound Care seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations across multiple entities. This role requires meticulous, ethics-driven leadership to drive scalable controls, improve processes, and integrate AI-enabled solutions for efficiency.

You will oversee payroll, A/P, A/R, GL, and tax compliance, while mentoring staff and ensuring GAAP accuracy. Healthcare industry experience is required; MBA or CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting management experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Experience with intercompany transactions and multiple books.
• Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting across multiple entities and GAAP reporting.
• Lead and develop the general ledger staff through coaching and goal setting.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance.
• Prepare bi-weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements with accuracy.
• Direct external audits and manage regulatory responses.
