Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks an experienced accounting leader to supervise month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will manage a team, handle GL, payroll support, and cash disbursements while driving process improvements and strong internal controls.

The role requires GAAP expertise, SOX compliance knowledge, and the ability to coach staff through change in a fast-paced environment in Atlanta. CPA/MBA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls including SOX compliance.
• Experience supervising accounting close processes and staff.
• Ability to lead teams through change and deliver accurate analyses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes.
• Oversee internal financial reporting and account analysis.
• Provide payroll and cash disbursement support.
• Direct general ledger, vendor billing, cash reconciliation, fixed assets work.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports for management and auditors.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.
