We are seeking a senior regulatory counsel to provide practical guidance across KOHO Tech and KOHO Bank, leading complex regulatory initiatives with minimal oversight and building strong relationships with regulators.

Formación

• 10+ years of Canadian legal experience
• Strong record of leading complex regulatory initiatives with minimal oversight

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical regulatory advice for product development across KOHO Tech and KOHO Bank
• Help establish a regulated bank and engage with regulators like OSFI and FCAC
