Ardent Mills is seeking an Accounting Manager in Denver, CO, an advanced individual contributor who provides accounting expertise and leadership to ensure accurate, timely close in accordance with US GAAP. You will review work, approve journal entries, and coordinate balance sheet reconciliations while mentoring the General Accounting team.

The role partners with Finance, Operations, IT, and the broader organization, driving process improvements, D365 testing, and reliable reporting to support

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience including month-end close, audits, and financial reporting under US GAAP.
• Experience in a food, ingredients, or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of internal controls and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience developing team members through training and mentoring.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end review and approval of journal entries prepared by General Accounting.
• Own end-to-end review and approval of balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Coordinate and drive month-end and year-end close processes.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to automate routine processes and deliver insights.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and timely responses.
