Ardent Mills seeks an FP&A Manager, Operations, to serve as the primary finance partner to Operations leadership and plant teams. You will own planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support across functions, translating operational drivers into financial action to strengthen performance.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement, drive KPI dashboards, and evaluate capital investments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience in operations or supply chain.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning for P&L, balance sheet, and operating costs.
• Develop scenario models and analyses for network optimization and capital investments.
• Provide actionable financial insights to executives and partner with leaders to close performance gaps.
