DLC is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join our team in Orange County. This full-time role focuses on financial closing, reporting, FP&A, and process improvements for a Fortune 500 client base across key markets.

We value collaboration, professional development, and clear paths for career advancement. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience, MBA/CPA, and advanced Excel skills to support strategic decisions and external reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA and/or CPA or in progress preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, including experience with large public companies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all month-end close activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, consolidations and trends.
• Compile and present quarterly financials for Executive teams.
• Assist in post-merger integration – systems and processes.
• Redesign reporting packages and improve processes.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and cash management.
