Job summary

DLC is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Los Angeles team. This role will support financial reporting, cash management, and month-end closes for multiple entities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and MBA and/or CPA in progress or completed. Fortune 1000 exposure, strong communication, and ERP/Excel proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
MBA and/or CPA strongly desired or in progress.
6+ years of progressive accounting experience in a large corporate environment.
Fortune 1000 company experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Prepare month and year-end financial statements and communicate variances to senior management.
Responsible for cash flow forecasting and cash management.
Support the general ledger monthly close process and reconciliations.
Prepare consolidated financial statements at the corporate level for all entities.
Identify process improvements to create efficiencies and automate reporting.
Assist in system/process integration after acquisitions and ad hoc projects.
