Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• MBA and/or CPA or in progress is required.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, including large public company exposure.
• Confident in presenting skills to clients and stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable in changing environments.
• Strong energy and commitment to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrated career progression and leadership capability.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all month-end close activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, consolidations and trends.
• Present quarterly financials to Executive teams in monthly meetings.
• Assist in post-merger integration – systems and processes.
• Redesign reporting packages for clarity and usefulness.
• Cash management and cash flow forecasting.
• Oversee annual planning and forecasting across business units.
• Assist with Form 10-Q/K filings and oversee reviews and earnings releases.
• Conduct technical accounting research and write white papers.
• Support SEC reporting and external filings with footnotes and MD&A.
• Support ERP implementation and upgrades.
• Identify process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive accounting policy documents.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support critical decisions.
