Job summary

Vontive, a growing FinTech focused on real estate financing, seeks a senior accounting leader to drive the finance function. You will coach a small team across loan and corporate accounting, ensure GAAP compliance, and own the month-end close in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing audits, tax compliance, and partnerships with FP&A and Capital Markets on forecasting and strategic initiatives. Hybrid work from Seattle or San Antonio options available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting teams in a fast-growing company.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise.
• Proven ability to optimize close processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage audits and tax compliance with external advisors.
• Drive ERP implementation and scale finance infrastructure.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Capital Markets on forecasts and funding.
• Lead technical accounting research for complex transactions.
