Qualifications

• 5–7 years accounting experience, including 3+ years in community association management or real estate.
• Experience with accrual-based accounting and strong Excel skills.
• Experience leading accounting teams and communicating financials clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting for homeowners’ and condo associations, ensuring accurate AP/AR and compliant reporting.
• Lead month-end close, prepare and review financial statements, and maintain internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, boards, auditors, and executives for audits and regulatory needs.
• Provide leadership to staff and drive process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with match.
