Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is partnering with a full-service property management firm to recruit a Senior Accounting Manager in Florida. You will oversee accounting operations, manage payables and receivables, and ensure timely monthly reporting across multiple states.

The role requires leadership to maintain strong internal controls, support audits, and act as a financial advisor to managers and boards. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required, with extensive HOA/real estate accounting

Qualifications

• Experience with accrual method accounting and monthly financial statements.
• Experience managing multiple entities/accounts simultaneously preferred.
• 6-10 years of accounting experience in real estate, property management, or HOA accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payables and receivables for managed communities, including vendor payments, owner billing, and collections.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and close processes aligned with budgets.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain internal controls; support audits and tax preparation.
• Serve as a financial resource for property managers, association boards, auditors, and leadership.
• Train and mentor accounting staff and improve financial processes and systems.
