Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with client-facing work preferred.
Experience leading or managing a team on client engagements.
Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop & Online); ERP experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage staff on engagements with up to 5 team members.
Serve as primary client contact and ensure timely, accurate financial solutions.
Oversee work to apply accounting principles and standards.
Plan and execute engagements from start to finish, meeting deadlines.
Support client work hands-on while guiding the team.
Maintain clear internal communication across leadership and staff.
Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
Travel occasionally for client meetings or engagements.
