Qualifications

• Six or more years in public accounting or corporate accounting leadership.

• Controller-level close process ownership.
• Experience reviewing work and developing staff.
• Strong communication with owners and executives.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge for private companies.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly close, GL review, reconciliations, and workpapers.
• Ensure accurate, timely, defensible financial statements for owners, boards, lenders, and acquirers.
• Develop management reporting packages, dashboards, budget-to-actual, cash forecasting, and commentary.
• Design and implement accounting processes and internal controls for evolving client needs.
• Review associates' work for technical accuracy and completeness.
• Lead client meetings and present financial results; coordinate with leadership on scoping.
