Generac’s Dealer Talent Network is seeking an experienced Accounting/HR administrator in Irwin, PA to manage day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and HR records for a small to mid-size family business partner. You will support leadership with financial reporting and onboarding, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business, experience with QuickBooks or similar ERP, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and HR administrative functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage accounts payable including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities including invoicing, payments, aging reports, and collections.
