Job summary

Generac is seeking a Senior Manager Human Resources to partner with senior leaders across designated business groups. The role focuses on delivering strategic HR value beyond traditional functions, shaping workforce strategies, and aligning HR programs with company goals.

You will collaborate with site leaders and HR COEs to drive talent acquisition, development, and retention, while guiding employee relations, compensation, and communications to support a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is required.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience are expected.
• 4+ years of leading a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to assigned business groups to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, talent management, development, and retention strategies.
• Oversee employee engagement, performance, compensation, payroll, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to implement standardized programs and policies.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and change management within the client groups.
