Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager and HR Generalist to join our franchise team in a role that blends accounting leadership with HR liaison responsibilities. You will work closely with the owner and management to deliver accurate financial health reports and ensure compliance across AR, AP, payroll, and tax processes.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of accounting experience, strong QuickBooks/QBO proficiency, and a background in human resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• Five or more years of accounting experience with a strong working knowledge of AR.
• 5+ years experience in QuickBooks and QBO.
• 2+ years Human Resources experience.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
• Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.
• Moderate/Advanced experience with Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions including AP/AR and reporting.
• Produce financial health reports for owner and management.
• Supervise payroll and compensation processes.
• Partner with HR to support HR initiatives and vendor relations.
