Formación

• 5+ years of accounting, budgeting, audit, or federal contract experience.
• Experience leading accounting teams and financial operations.
• Strong understanding of federal compliance and contract management.
• Payroll experience, preferably ADP/ADP TotalSource.
• Experience with General Ledger and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.

• Oversee payroll processing and resolve accounting system issues.
• Manage audits, corrective action plans, and fiscal reviews.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze project budgets, track financial performance, and monitor funding.
• Support the CEO with forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial decisions.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
