The role partners with the team to deliver high-quality accounting services, with responsibilities spanning month-end close, financial statement prep, audits, reconciliations, and client communications.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably with US clients.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Experience in reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial statement prep.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Excellent organizational and task management skills.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• End-to-end bookkeeping and finalization of books of accounts.
• Month-end/Quarter-end close activities and work paper preparation.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements; coordinate audits.
