Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric US (MEUS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead critical accounting and financial planning activities within the Americas Corporate Office Shared Services. This role drives month-end close, reporting, budgeting, intercompany accounting, and accounts receivable for MEUS and related entities, and supports MEUS Business Plan consolidation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA designation is preferred for this senior role.
• Over 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role directing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, reporting and budgeting for the ACO business unit.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements and consolidated reporting.
• Supervise accounts receivable operations including intercompany billing and cash posting.
• Coordinate annual budget process and periodic forecasts including headcount and expenses.
• Lead MEUS Business Plan consolidation across units and subsidiaries.
• Prepare executive analyses and recommendations to support decisions.
