Job summary

Nitto Americas, Teaneck, NJ-based, seeks a Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting for the Americas. The role can be remote and will lead end-to-end accounting operations, including close, reporting, and internal controls, while transitioning activities to the Shared Service Center.

Work with the Director to standardize processes, strengthen controls, and expand SSC coverage across the Americas, including intercompany and tax coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Portuguese a strong plus.
• Experience in multi-country or regional accounting operations within the Americas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations for an assigned operating entity, including monthly and annual close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Manage transition of responsibilities to the Shared Service Center operating model.
• Coordinate audits and support remediation of audit findings with documentation and follow‑through.
• Design, execute, and refine the Americas SSC roadmap with the Director.
• Drive standardization of accounting policies, workflows, templates, and systems across entities.
