Stout in Dallas is seeking a senior Accounting & Reporting Advisory professional to execute and lead engagements, researching and preparing client deliverables, and supporting technical accounting work. You will review contracts, prepare reconciliations and financial statements while coordinating with clients across various industries.

This role requires 8+ years of experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and CPA preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 8+ years of finance process/ transformation experience.
• Deep experience with M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration.
• CPA preferred.
• US GAAP knowledge and ability to prepare financial statements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting and reporting advisory engagements with client deliverables.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and communicate with clients.
• Analyze complex contracts and conduct technical accounting research.
• Prepare accounting memoranda and policies aligned with GAAP.
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures.
• Assist with SEC filing requirements and audit support.
• Serve as post-acquisition integration SME and support valuation practice.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for clients (AP, AR, payroll, journal entries).
