Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of US GAAP including topics like revenue recognition, lease accounting and derivatives.
• Experience interpreting complex accounting standards and documenting conclusions clearly.
• Deep experience with M&A transactions, especially post-acquisition integration.
• Bachelor-level degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and lead Accounting & Reporting Advisory engagements, including client deliverables and research.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Analyze complex contracts and perform technical accounting research with documented conclusions.
• Prepare accounting memoranda and policies ensuring accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for clients, including AP/AR and payroll entries.
• Support business development through client pursuits and proposals.
• Interact with finance ERPs (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle) and leverage AI tools.
