Stout in Houston seeks an experienced Accounting Operations leader to drive high-impact engagements for clients across industries. You will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls while guiding a team of junior professionals.

Bring US GAAP expertise, ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks), and a track record of improving accuracy and efficiency in complex environments. CPA preferred with 6–8+ years in related roles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience for Manager-level and 8+ years for Senior Manager-level roles in accounting operations, advisory, or financial reporting.
• CPA preferred and experience leading accounting teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with CFOs and finance leaders to address accounting challenges and improve reporting processes.
• Lead month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting oversight.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls, policies, and automation.
• Support post-acquisition integration, purchase accounting, and alignment of reporting processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Coach and develop junior professionals and manage engagement teams.
