Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Senior Accountant to own parts of the monthly close, support audit readiness, and contribute to acquisition accounting. This role offers exposure to technical accounting matters, leadership interaction, and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong US GAAP background, 3+ years in corporate or public accounting, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Workday or Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of progressive corporate accounting or public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Prepare and review complex account analyses and audit-ready schedules.
• Support annual financial statement preparation and audit documentation.
• Research, resolve, and document reconciling items and discrepancies.
• Contribute to a scalable internal control environment aligned with COSO.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Legal, Payroll and Revenue teams.
